چکیده
Heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) plays critical roles in plant growth and development, as well response to abiotic stresses such heat cold. To comprehensively analyze the HSP90 gene family determine key responsive temperature stress pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata Duch.), bioinformatics molecular biology techniques were used this study. A total of 10 CmoHSP90 genes identified from genome, encoding amino acids 567–865, with weight 64.32–97.36 kDa. Based on phylogenetic analysis, they classified into four groups. The members each group contained similar conserved motifs structures. distributed 9 chromosomes C. moschata. Four pairs segmental duplication (CmoHSP90-1/CmoHSP90-10, CmoHSP90-2/CmoHSP90-7, CmoHSP90-3/CmoHSP90-6, CmoHSP90-4/CmoHSP90-9) detected. Synteny analysis revealed that maxima orthologous 17 syntenic relationships. Promoter detected 23 cis-acting elements including development-, light-, stress-, hormone-related promoter regions genes. Further showed transcript levels CmoHSP90-3 CmoHSP90-6 remarkably up-regulated by stress, while CmoHSP90-10 significantly cold suggesting these play pumpkins. findings will be valuable for understanding CmoHSP90s should provide a foundation elucidating function

Transcriptome profiling of pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata Duch.) leaves infected with powdery mildew
Cucurbit powdery mildew (PM) is one of the most severe fungal diseases, but the molecular mechanisms underlying PM resistance remain largely unknown, especially in pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata Duch.). The goal of this study was to identify gene expression differences in PM-treated plants (harvested at 24 h and 48 h after inoculation) and untreated (control) plants of inbred line "112-2" using RN...
متن کاملGenome-wide Analysis of Phosphoenolpyruvate Carboxylase Gene Family and Their Response to Abiotic Stresses in Soybean
Phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase (PEPC) plays an important role in assimilating atmospheric CO2 during C4 and crassulacean acid metabolism photosynthesis, and also participates in various non-photosynthetic processes, including fruit ripening, stomatal opening, supporting carbon-nitrogen interactions, seed formation and germination, and regulation of plant tolerance to stresses. However, a compr...
متن کاملBioinformatics Genome-Wide Characterization of the WRKY Gene Family in Sorghum bicolor
The WRKY gene family encodes a large group of transcription factors that regulate genes involved in plant response to biotic and abiotic stresses. Sorghum is a notable grain and forage crop in semi-arid regions because of its unusual tolerance against hot and dry environments. We identified a set of 85 WRKY genes in the S. bicolor genome and classified them into three groups (I–III). Among the ...
متن کاملMorphological, Thermal and Physicochemical Properties of Starches from Squash (Cucurbita maxima) and Pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata)
The properties of starches isolated from two squash cultivars (Cucurbita maxima) were studied and compared with those of two pumpkin cultivars (Cucurbita moschata) and one normal potato cultivar. The amylose content of pumpkin and squash starches ranged from 16.18% to 21.29%. The pumpkin and squash starches appeared as a mixture of spherical, polyhedral and dome shaped granules. The pumpkin and...

although there are studies on pragmatic assessment, to date, literature has been almost silent about native and non-native english raters’ criteria for the assessment of efl learners’ pragmatic performance. focusing on this topic, this study pursued four purposes. the first one was to find criteria for rating the speech acts of apology and refusal in l2 by native and non-native english teachers...
